As part of our delegation to Toronto, Ontario, MAPLE Business Council® is hosting a cross-border networking reception on September 21st from 5-8pm to promote closer business ties between Southern California and the greater Toronto region.
The reception will be held at the Collaboration Hub of MAPLE member organization, Teknion. The Toronto showroom of this leading commercial office interiors company is located 20 floors above downtown Toronto with stunning views of the city. As part of our reception, we will be hosting a panel discussion on 'Doing Business with Southern California' featuring representatives of two economic development organizations who are part of the delegation. Linda DiMario, Vice President of Economic Development & Tourism and Diana Le, Manager, Business and International Development at Greater Irvine Chamber in Orange County, and Michael Smith, International Trade Manager at the World Trade Center Los Angeles will be speaking.
The evening reception will provide an opportunity for delegates to connect with Toronto area executives and representatives from government agencies.
